LEGAL OFFICER (LO)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reviewing and/or drafting standard legal document related to Bii’s standard banking product
Drafting internal legal policy related to Bii’s standard banking product
Monitoring the implementation of Bii’s internal legal policy and legal standard document in related working units together with Branch Monitoring Department.
Drafting Bii’s standard cooperation agreement.
Providing legal opinion to Bii’s director or working unit concerning legal matters related to Bii’s policy and standard banking product.
Making legal analysis concerning Bii’s new product or new activity as determined by prevailing regulation.

QUALIFICATIONS :
Having experience as legal officer in a reputable major bank will be an advantage
Graduate from a reputable law school
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Having good knowledge concerning banking product and related laws and regulations
Having skill in drafting and reviewing legal policy and legal documentation related to banking product and activity.
Having skill in drafting and reviewing agreement
Having skill in providing legal opinion concerning legal matters related to banking policy and product

People and Culture Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Job Purpose :
To provide assistance to People and Culture team head in execution of various people and organization culture activities and be part of the team that will give implementable value to the function and to the organization.

Job Dimension :
Manpower planning and selection, training, performance management system, legal formalities handling, HR information system and database and general administration.

Job Requirement :
Male or female age between 25 – 35 years old
A university degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Economic/Management or other relevant major.
Minimum 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in handling human resources activities in a corporation/company from sectors such as manufacturing, fmcg, banking and service environment
An exposure in industrial relation area and understanding of Indonesia legal law and immigration formalities will be an added value
Conversant in English communication both written and spoken
Computer literate, sound knowledge and skill on MS Office MS Word, Excel, Power Point are two main skills required, outlook and information seeking through internet.
Experienced in handling HR information system in web/oracle-based and employees database will be a preferable advantage
Sound communication skills and is confident and capable of public speaking activities
Self-driven, energetic, and is willing to put extra efforts at work with high achievement and result orientation
High analytical thinking and is able to conceptualize innovative ideas and thoughts aligning it with people/employee’s aspirations and organization interest.
Sound administration skills and good ability to organize and coordinate events, training programs, workshops and others.
Willing to work in an under pressure condition and very tight deadline and a stretched working hour

LEGAL SPECIALIST
Main Responsibility:

Prepares legal drafts, reviews legal documents and provide legal advice for company purpose. Conducts legal research and prepare analyses, summaries and reports as required to complete legal matter and project in RPX group

Requirement:

Minimal S1 in Law Degree with major in economic / business law, private law
Minimum 1-2 years experiences in law firm or legal department and handle corporate law, business law, contract law and/or any related law for the business main core Knowledge and practical comprehension of legal aspect and legal matter.
Conceptual and ability in developing legal letter as legal document
Good command in English (both oral and written)
Computer literate
Good Time management
Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills
